How did we get here?

Berrys was founded by Rebecca Berry, an ex-“big-four” Chartered Accountant with a deep passion for numbers and a genuine love for working with people.

After dedicating 12 years to the finance industry in Jersey, Becca took the giant leap to create Berrys, an accounting practice based on stability and efficiency, providing clients with the tools and reassurance not just to survive, but to thrive.

Danielle began her career in fund administration, earning her CSQS Corporate Governance qualifications before expanding her expertise and transitioning into Business and Client Development within the finance industry. Her deep knowledge of proposition development, pipeline and lead generation, and innovation-driven product development means that clients at Berrys receive more than just financial insights—they gain access to a well-rounded blend of company secretarial expertise and sales/lead generation support.

As a co-founder of Berrys, Danielle is passionate about helping businesses grow, guiding them at every stage of their journey, and ensuring they have the tools and support to reach their full potential.

Outside of Berrys, you’ll likely find Danielle at the gym, absorbed in a great business book, or chasing after her son on the beach!

Stacey joined Berrys in November 2024, bringing over 15 years of experience in internal finance. With a sharp eye for detail and an ability to make numbers tell a story, she specialises in management accounts, reconciliation reviews, balance sheet management, and detailed variance analysis to ensure data accuracy.

Having spent much of her career in large corporate organizations, Stacey brings a wealth of knowledge that seamlessly translates into the dynamic environment at Berrys. Her ability to balance the bigger financial picture with precision in the details makes her a valuable asset to the team.

Outside of work, Stacey loves unwinding with a gripping crime documentary and is an avid listener of The Diary of a CEO podcast.

With a career spanning multiple industries, Jacqui has been fortunate to explore diverse professional paths. Beginning in hospitality at some top-tier hotels, she later transitioned into finance after her children started school—working in private wealth, funds, and ultimately leading an accounting team. About seven years ago, she took a new direction, managing a small local interior design office before taking a well-earned six-month break to welcome her first grandson.

Now at Berrys, Jacqui thrives on being part of a fantastic team, and doing what she enjoys (fabulous bookkeeping)—all while maintaining the flexibility to spend quality time with her grandson.

Outside of work, Jacqui is passionate about protecting the planet for future generations and dreams of having a superpower to instantly eliminate plastic waste. As for karaoke? The Climb by Miley Cyrus might be her go-to, but luckily for everyone, she insists her singing voice is best left unheard—for now!
